I REALLY wanna code but stupid GitHub Actions and the other two ways to sync my site to Neocities DIDN'T WORK! The thought of getting to them IS NOT APPEALING AT ALL!

What I usually do in these cases is update my /Now page. It did work somewhat in which I have a clear idea of the big stuff I need to finish, the Tumblr blogs export and the DW comms.

I also cleaned some drafts from the pile, the 18+ comics recs and the /Support page. The former ended up being two posts, one for my 18+ blog (which really doesn't get many posts) and the latter for my OC DW comm.

What I struggled with the 18+ comics was that I wrote both the rec list with commentary and also brainstormed about submissions for Kinktober. At first the post was going to be just for me but I liked the idea of recommending those comics so the notes about my OCs wouldn't have made much sense on their own. Thinking out loud, I should add a condensed version to my 18+ when I remake it (sweats) similar to what I did for the IE recs.

On the other hand, the /Support page is a page for my main website and main the 18+ site one day. It's a slash page with a list of ways other folks can support me. I'm not sure how useful it's going to be but this is more about a community thing. I miiiighttt make a blog post about it? Despite the blogging community kind of topic, it's gonna be fandom-related. I'm more than a little nervous about the prospect tbh.

Anyways, the first draft was pretty solid. I just added more text and kept the story going. Somehow it's more than 1k words. Maybe it will be 1.5k by the end. Anyways, this page is not going to go live anything soon so I decided to cross it from my list for now.

I still feel like I'm carrying some weight around. Maybe it's the thirty or so comments I haven't replied to. I'll get to that.

Today of the drafts I've been working on somehow all duplicated. What's this magick?

I'm not talking about duplicate files, I'm talking about a draft that became two posts when publishing 😅.

Nomnomnami's latest blog posts, "please condense your game's dialogue" and "narrative design for VNs" are shifting my attention back to my VN draft.

I might yap about it elsenet to gather creative energy for it.

I was going through my big Obsidian vault yesterday and found TONS on notes about my fics, OCs, and series I was really into.

Gonna put away some time to go through them and post them in either of the Dreamwidth comms. So nostalgic!

Maybe I'll finally pull out my 2ha reading notes and add them to the draft site.

I was just scrolling through my Fediverse account and I found it... not very engaging. I haven't used it in a while so I was scrolling to get the feel of it and reflect about it.

I have no intention to delete it as it's not actively harmful unlike Tumblr or X. I just don't feel like it's worth my time. The experience feels very social media when what I want is intentional conversation and creativity.

This realization makes me a little sad because all my mutuals are creatives. I wanna chat about art but Mastodon is still a Twitter-like and scrolling feels like a chore.

I'm comparing it to Pillowfort quite unfairly, probably. I just really like platform that allow for long form where everyone can take their time. The social rules just aren't as clear on these kinds of platforms.

Reminds me that I really need to finish that post about feature comparisons.

Anyways, I think I'll keep sharing on Mastodon links to finished stuff but now that I have a micro/blog to yap about series, I feel like I'm moving away from how I first used to use Mastodon. I'm a "address the ones in power/unhealthy behavior instead of people" so I don't have negative feelings towards the people I follow there. It's a platform that calls for certain types of interaction and posts that I don't want to engage in. I still follow some through RSS and Mastodon really doesn't make it easy to jump from there to my account to share or comment. I do wanna look into that.

For a moment I was under the wrong impression that only paid DW accounts could use custom journal styles but NOPE, it's a ✨free✨ feature.

Been using TumblBee to download some Tumblr blogs and revisited my custom sites which made me itch for that kind of feature. It's nice to have the same controls on a place with finer privacy controls and slower pace.

evil laugh Back to having a paid account on Dreamwidth. Now for SIX months. Also donated to Pillowfort where I want to take part in a fundraising thing for some userboxes for some OCs.

Been enjoying IceGlobe System's little games on itch.io. Hope to get through most of their catalogue by the end of the month for the media review.

This is just in. Internet Old and social hermit learns that body doubling over the internet is incredibly effective.

So after mulling about it for a couple of days, I made a closed community for my OCs and fannish yapping.

I've grown into microblogging on sites without an app. Mostly thanks to the microblog on Bearblog. Dreamwidth has the added benefit of native cut tags and content warnings like NSFW so I feel more comfortable talking there than here knowing that nobody who doesn't wanna/shouldn't see explicit/suggesting content doesn't.

Similar to my journal, most posts will be public so feel free to add em to your newsreaders for more yappies (´ ∀ ` *).

Been thinking a lot about my gender these past few days. Jey Pawlink's Gender Slices helped me feel not as alone.

Was scrolling through Mastodon and I found an anime blogger who wrote about and other anime I like.

It's been a couple of weeks past International Nonbinary Day. Over on steam, game devs npckc and nomnomnami organized a steam sale for fellow nonbinary devs called Nonbinary Coded Games.

Since then, npck posted a retrospective as an organizer and the event now has a website.

Today's been one of those days where time blindness pushes me to keep going and squeeze every second of the day to DO SOMETHING.

In the spirit of self-care, I'm writing down everything I did today.

1. Added all THIRTY FIVE chapters of Eyes and Lies. This was a real pain in the ass because each file is in a file and Neocities file manager doesn't allow for importing folders. I created them MANUALLY and it was a world of pain. Never again.
2. Troubleshooting site. I noticed the links to some fics were broken so I fixed those manually and found I had wasted some time uploading files that weren't used. Great (sarcasm).
3. A previous post made me want to try Obsidian again for writing on mobile so I started down that and my oh my I learned that Joplin's export is a glorified vendor lock-in. Can't download my files in Markdown from the app I just begun using! Rerouting to my desktop to get a decent was going to be a real pain so I decided to move the twelve files I had manually. Here's a screenshot of how it looks so far:

I'm using Obsidian Bases! By now YAML syntax is pretty intuitive (been using it with 11ty). This is the first time I'm using 'title' as metadata. It displays it much cleaner than in the file itself. Also, there's no option to display the contents of the note sink added a 'summary' section.

Something I was also missing was a word count thingy. Didn't find that in the other two I used but I could just have overlooked them.

4. Archived some posts from Pillowfort and crosspoted to Dreamwidth. I am very protective of my words so posts I find important I want to keep a Markdown/plain text version before sharing them online. So I went backwards and archives some posts I wrote on Pillowfort to Markdown and then crossposted to Dreamwidth and shared them to comms. Pretty time-consuming stuff!
5. Before I forget, I shared my fic archive with the template creator and they linked it in the template, yipee (o^▽o)!

Welp, that's been everything for today. Hope everyone has a good Monday and rest of the weekend.

Wow, I just did something I hadn't done in a while. Well, two things.

1. Mirrored two posts on my DW journal to two communities. My previous attempt was back in December and it was merely a little promo.
2. I changed the privacy and sharing settings on a Pillowfort post to created visibility and reblogged it to communities. It was about my OCs which at first felt shy about but all that mirroring on DW made me want to make it shareable on Pifo.

It was a really pleasant experience to choose to increase the visibility and reach of my stuff which I tend to err in the side of caution.

Couple of weeks ago I asked on Pillowfort about mobile-friendly Markdown first text editors.

I settled on Markleaf and used it for a couple of weeks as a start. Then, I was recommended Joplin which I have heard good things about for a long time alongside Obsidian before switching to the latter. So over the weekend, I moved my notes to Joplin!

Why do all this? Well, I used to have a vault ' just for notes I took on my phone. I find it really comfortable to write in it—most updates to the microblog are written on the mobile browser.

The downside to my vault set up was that note retrieval was clunky. Put it simply, I forgot the notes I took because I had a daily note set up. I couldn't see what I had written on previous days and whatever drafts I had written end up gathering dust. I tried using Tasks and Calendar plugins to improve retrieval but neither of these could retrieve substitles and their contents. On those files, I had several drafts that I'm working on publishing.

What could work for me instead? I think a thumbnail view showing the text inside each note. RIP Evernote which perished at the evil clutches of capitalism. It it but a zombie now. My Evernote account was set up to show a thumbnail view of the most recent files edited.

Ironically, I moved to Obsidian because it didn't have bi-directional linking but it's not a feature that I have needed on these past couple of drafts I've been working on.

I'm still not 100% clear on what I'm looking for. I haven't given Obsidian Bases a try yet. Maybe that's just the look I need.

My GOD this tech scare was pretty terrifying. For some reason there are two types of profiles in Waterfox and there's nothing about the one that can be customized. Still don't get it but I managed to get back access to all the sites and bookmarks. Safe!

NOW I CAN UPDATE MY WEBSITE LIKE GOD INTENDED!

Yipee, I'm done with making 44 by 50's Worldbuilding template into 11ty. I was bored without wifi so I just went a head and did this hah. It took only a couple of hours and it wasn't too hard. Did change the layout to single column.

I'm thinking I should probably contact the original creator and let them know about it. I also have a cleaned up version. Haha, idk why I feel nervous. It's gonna be fine!

Anyways, I'm excited to finally have a template for my verse stuff! And it's JS free!!!

Doesn't seem I can keep working on the site till who knows when. Oh well, there's plenty of stuff to do. LIKE WRITING FIC!!! (≧◡≦) ♡

evil laugh Still no wifi I went ahead and finished the fic archive. Plus, started moving the Stories template to 11ty. Didn't take long! Just gotta fix some styling and it should be good.

Went out this morning and returned to a house without working wifi! My focus is all over the place and I've checking off little things.

The fic archive is pretty much done. Just gotta merge the branch, upload that baby (manually, oh the pain) to neocities, and double check it's all good.

I also started drafting entries for the KHR Rarepair Week! IT'S SO FUN! Writing fic is fun. I was giggling and making faces in a public space. It's also been such a fresh experience to write for a new fandom. The first first is around 1k words and the second not even three hundred but that's okay. I don't want to put too much... idk skill? thought? into these because they're supposed to be fun and maybe for practice. I am at least editing them.

Eyeing this Toyhou.se template to play around for some OC profiles before committing to a version for my site. But this is neither here nor there for now.

Okay, I did some good progress on the fic archive. I added all the thumbnails. Although they don't match with the filters. I'm not sure about the Warnings, Pairings, and Tags filters. Decided to just not think about it for now and instead just focus on having a one-to-one sort of product.

I do want to add a tag for events. I don't take sort of any one in particular often enough. Oh and also one for the Early Years verse. Also, need to think how to showcase the Series. There's only one atm but it has several parts. Wait, it's the same as the verse tag haha. Should add a note on the description about which is which part I guess.

As for Warnings, I might just add Violence? No, I think I'll just have a Warning/No Warning kind of tags and let the thumbnail describe it. I also have to add Ratings. Mostly Gen and Teen.

The tough one seems to be Relationships. I don't have many exclusive slash fics and those that gave some, there are also other types of relationships. For example, Silence and Conviction is... what? A relationship with a lot of baggage. It's not wholesome. It's not healthy. But it's so so GOOD. Similarly, Best Friends has a het relationship (wait I should tag that) bit it also has Keima exploring his feelings for Kiyoshi and whatever his relationship with Chika is. She wants to date him SO BAD. Lots of one sided feelings tbh. Oh yeah, and Keima kisses a boy but it's more out of curiosity than attraction from both parts.

Looking at fanfiction.lol's tagging system, I might use Multiple, Other, Queer, or General. Hm, in Best Friends, I think the relationship fall into Het romance, One Sided Crushes, and Friendship lol. Urrrrgghhh, this is so hard! I don't get it! (╯°益°)╯彡┻━┻. I'll start by adding General/ No pairings and Multiple.

An amazing reading regarding the topic. Elizabeth had been around the online scene for a while and I trust what she's talking about.

If you've read Coyote's post or are interested in online community engagement/fandoms, this is a really good read on the case of AO3 comment culture. So much good stuff in here. I love the history lesson.

A really cool webpage on a personal site showcasing the web weavers' favorite YT videos. Wouldn't click on it without using a tracker blocker though. The page has YT embeds and those can track who visits the site and other deeply stuff.

If I were to make something like this for my site, I would use another frontend like Invidious. I already have a sections on my Links page for videos which doesn't cover all the good stuff I've watched on the site.

you have more pull than you realize is a post about one's surprising influence on others to change the way the tools they use to communicate with you. It's focused on real life but it's also relevant on online groups.

My favorite quote is "No one wants to use them when their people aren't there, but no one wants to be the one of the first ones either," which I completely agree with. Somehow I built this... mindset of being a pioneer when it comes to trying new software. 1. I find it fun. 2. I don't have many relationships I feel compelled to keep in exchange of my data safety. 3. If I managed to pull folks into these new spaces then I could be the rule setter and thud have some control over accepted behavior of the folks I wanted to be around. So I kind of decided this lack of bonds would make me a good subject to seek new spaces and settle in them. Could probably write a blog post called 'Be A Pioneer: On Primary Succession and Being the Community You Want to See in the World' but I'm not a social blogger so haha.

I had that mentality for one specific goal which I stopped tightly holding onto. Food for thought tho, that post.

Open Social is a blog post that explains the underlying architecture of open social networks, mostly the ATProtcol. They make it sound really cool and it made me singlehandedly want to find a good use for my ATProto account but we know how that went.

Nevertheless, I do share the techno optimism (idk if that's the word) of betting in these open networks and move away from closed ones.

The post may be long but it's quite beginner friendly imo. The drawings are really cute! Really appreciate the effort this person put in explaining the topic in layman terms. Where was this when I was trying to wrap my head about the Fediverse, huh?! (Lol)

Happy 100th post! I've updated the /Now page and Projects page. I'm feeling pretty stretched out between hosting and wanting to take part in events, web weaving, and enjoying media. Would very much like to take it easy next month. Please? Me? Pleaseeee????

So fucking tired. Creating a webhook doesn't work, deploy to neocities action on both Github and Forgejo doesn't work, Neocities CLI doesn't work. NOTHING IS WORKING!!!

So close! I think I can slip the two webrings I want to join (OC and ADHD). Might have to go through the #links tag on the microblog for resources to add to the Links page. Maybe add a #bookmark to links that are super important.

I'm at that stage where I'm finding little things to slip in last minute. The most stressful time 😮‍💨.

Before I forget! I got the admin of Sakurasora.social to delete my ATProto account. I didn't feel very safe there with all the Bluesky crowd. Couldn't find mgmt place there. And well, I didn't have the most positive opinion of it. Guess I just couldn't find enough reasons to change my mind.

Who knows, maybe in a few years when Bluesky LLC has burned to the ground, the small projects that have been sprouting will take the good stuff and make a safer online space—ecological succession style.

Dang, making that HTML responsive took longer than I thought. I also had the great idea of typing up a list of all of my accounts which sent me in a rabbit hole that sucked a few hours. But it's done! The site is done!

I left off on typing the changelog. All I've got left is trying to make the Action work and ta dah~ Site 2.0 complete.

Been thinking about making an itch.io to share my templates and any other commons I make. Mostly cuz I think it's more intuitive for folks who have never seen a git repo to download a website template. Then I'm also thinking I should wait a bit and see if I do get whatever I make for Queer Wrongs or YaoiJam2026. I want to update my website and take part in the rarepair week event first. Maybe finish the art archive and start another.

Did some substantial progress on the art archive. Think all I got left is passing all the pieces through the AI proof thingy (now where's that URL) and add a watermark. I'm not used to it so just the thought of it sounds like a real pain. Particularly the watermark.

Gender.wtf is a really funny website that collects screenshots of various online forms and how they showcase the gender choices. A fun thirty minutes to spend laughing at the concept of gender.

Oh my god, finally FINALLY stumbled upon the Fediverse page on Wiki Scum once again. It's what I think I really good resource for adult content artists to have an albeit informal bird's eye view of various Fediverse instances' rules about the art they want to post. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone under 18+. It's very spicy!

Exciting half a day without my phone and thus internet access. I finally got the space to think about my submissions (yes plural) to the KHR Rarepair Week 2026!

Wanna make a post on Pifo transcribing my handwritten notes. I was this close to starting a prompt on a piece of cardboard lying around LOL but I was strong.

I'm really excited to work on these. OK, just looked at my calendar and I have this upcoming week, the actual week, and probs the week after. Hope to get at least 500 words on each. Just a high standard as usual, writing for a fandom I've never touched till now! Anyways, I just really need to write and post something. Idk how I got the web weaving bug at the end of this week. Just really get the new site up before switching gears. Putting my hands together in prayer as if I don't have control over my actions haha (i don't).

I feel like I have a thought about the prosocial web. Perhaps I'll find it when I write my PiFo 6 Months Retrospective which grew to encompass other sites like DW and the Fediverse. Haven't written a single word about it yet 😮‍💨.

Happy to inform that 11ty hasn't been kicking my ass as I transfer my whole main site to it.

Hard to give an estimate but I think it's like almost halfway there? Mostly because I wanna revamp the fic archive. Oh and I... might have to change the layout in the homepage if I don't end up liking the drop downs on the main nav. Sidebar nav could be! I wanna use Coyote's AO3 template. It's JavaScript free which I love!

I also gotta edit a couple of pages before adding them to the site. Just some like tweaking.

Might end up releasing the site without the fic archive as that's gonna take some time to set up. Otherwise, I'm pretty excited to share it! There's so many little things that have been bothering me but I didn't have enough reasons to switch to 11ty. Think that now that I'm archiving a bunch of stuff, I felt like navigating through it was little bit awkward. I'm a sucker for a well organized website.

Haven't taken a screenshot but honestly everything looks pretty much the same save from the header and sitemap. Just a couple of nav links that lead nowhere. Need to write up a couple of pages or get those dropdowns working...

Also found this template from Coyote called Monograph that I'm thinking would look nice for a hosted blog. Thoughts.

Went through the rest of my journal entries with a fine comb and tagged a bunch of 'em with the access:public tags! While at it, I updated my Fannish 50 masterpost and things aren't looking too good. Although, with the posts I wanna get done this month I might be able to catch up, not including the Monthly Media and Monthly Projects posts.

For some reason I thought I had written more but between testing sites and apps, learning 11ty, web weaving shenanigans, it seems I've had my priorities elsewhere. But no more! I'm getting back to writing! About my fics! About my blorbos! About my OCs!

I was doing something entirely different not too long ago but this sidetrack will be useful for the 6 months retrospective on Pillowfort!

Finished Citizen Sleeper last night. Don't have the word to make an apt comparison with Disco Elysium other than it's proud and loud about it's political alignment. Gonna let the experience simmer and hopefully muster the willpower an entry for my site as I roleplayed as Kiyoshi. Think that my best bet is to post it on my blog first and then archive it on my 18+ site.

Yesterday I was thinking about my presence on ATProto and how I don't feel safe in that space at all. It's been mostly Bluesky and the small character limit is the bane of my existence. So I was digging into other stuff in that space outside of Bluesky. While I didn't found anything that caught my eye, I want to share my findings.

HUGE DISCLAIMER: I'm highly hesitant about every platform made by/affiliated with Bluesky . I'm not recommending any of these sites and I hope anyone who checks out there links does their due research on privacy and portability before signing up on any of these sites.

1. Leaflet.pub - honestly the only service I can see myself using. It's an open source blogging platform thing! Found the repo as well. It has customization options and free custom domains (what a grab). It also federates to Bluesky which is probably a really nice feature but I'm terrified of the Bluesky crowd so the idea of visibility over them scares the shit outta me.
2. Tangled - smooth segue to this one if I do say so myself. Tangled is a GitHub alternative. Leaflet's code is hosted there.
3. Pckt - another blogging platform. I couldn't find who made this and I find that real sus. In the TOS it says that while the site allows adult content, it's hidden by default and changing the setting requires "age confirmation"??? squints Is that an euphemism for age verification. I don't even wanna find out for myself.
4. Offprint.app - this and the other two blogging platforms seem to be the big three for this thing called standard.sites, a standard Bluesky Inc. is pushing for publishing on ATProto.
5. surf.social - this one was made by the same guys from Flipboard.social. Flipboard is... I don't know of an equivalent actually. They sell themselves as a "social magaazine" (whatever) that means. They have a strong presence on the Fediverse and surf.social seems to be their expansion to ATProto where they are focusing exclusively on increasingly the discoverability of feeds. The site is on open beta. NGL I'm kind of interested in this but I have no experience with Bluesky feeds. It better have a way to add them to my reader someday.

I think my general issue with Bluesky and ATProto is that services are so commercial. The layouts are polished, aimed at "publishers" and "content creators". While doing his research I felt like I had summoned y inner, hiding half my face with a fan while staring at these places with thinly veiled disdain. As I say at the beginning, I allowed my curiosity to take me places to find a safer way to use the PDS I already have although it seems I haven't found it yet.

Been a couple of times since I've let entries in my feed reader pile up. This time I first tried to read all entries from latest to earlier but I has more than a thousand to go through and soon changed tactics to read just the ones that caught my eye. But for the same reason, it was annoying to hey through everything so I decided to do I think the same thing I did the first time. Instead of using the All Unreads view, I went into each section and checked the feeds that I wanted to. It was much more... engaging? than the previous two methods because there's context (the context being the person the the feeds are from).

Also this got me thinking that I have seen a lot of post on RSS for setting up feeds for a website/blog, or for reading, or all the cool places or tools to get feeds from, but not much about long term use. Catching up with feeds, trimming them, etc. So I feel like I'm experiencing this without previous research. Might make a post about this 🤨.

Well if this post isn't a sign that I should have a tip jar and write a blog post weaving mutual aid, indie spaces, and classism in 2ha, I don't know what it is!

Also I always wanted a public page to note people, orgs, and sites I supported/support/want to support but I never had a good name for it. I could totally have /coffeeroll as a page on the microblog!

Actually I would prefer it if folks supported the sites and orgs I care about before receiving tips 🤔.

It's what I think when I see Birsite BehaviorTM aka antisocial behavior on online spaces. There are spaces on Mastodon that feel just like the average X or Bluesky experience and I believe it's in part loose enforcement of community guidelines and another it's people bringing their unhealthy social habits and expectations. Which is why I'm so glad that my Masto instance is anything but that!!! And Pillowfort as well!!! I truly hit the jackpot ( *︾▽︾).

Holy shit, I had such a cool idea for a VN (why do i do this to myself?).

The story is set during the so called Industrial Revolution in France. The player can choose whether to play as a struggling artist, a wealthy business person, a renowned artist, a factory manager, or a young political activist.

The point is to explore this event through different perspectives. The struggling artist depicts how the changes negatively affect them. This will take from the group several amazing artists belonged to (i forget their names). Could probably reference several of their paintings, particularly of the Seine River displaying this weird coexistence between the natural world and the growing number of factories in Paris. The struggling artists are sort of a mixed group. Some try out the new, more affordable products these factories are creating while others, the hobbyists, those whose livelihoods don't depend on it, either join in or, if they attached to their ways for any reason (sentimental is surely of them but not the only one), thoroughly reject them.

The wealthy business person route is perspective of the people in power driving this change. Create products that people will buy, increase profits. Might need to do some research cuz I can just think of capitalists.

The renowned artist has a steady flow of customers and money to experiment with these new products. Their sole objective is to improve their craft. Its longevity and the speed in which they can create. Many of their clients have money to spare so prices on their end will not need to change. What matters is having more time to take more clients, make more money out of their crafts, and thus having a better life.

Then comes the factory manager. These are the early adopters. They have to keep things running to keep their job. They know they are disposable. They also have a family to support. Children to send to school. Places they want to visit during the summer.

Last but not least, the young political activist are the hot headed youth who thoroughly reject the state of the world. They may come in contact with the struggling artists and exchange ideas. Both are getting the short end of the stick in this who situation. The young act on pure emotion. Many enjoy some for of privilege and want to find like-minded allies to drive change. Some of them have noticed how the pollution from these factories are affecting the places they have fond memories of. The water is tainted. The number of birds are reduced. Others are more hot headed and have incited riots near or about this situation. There are probably other reasons but I can't think of any more.

Is this about AI? Ha hah, yes, it is :). Kind of had this idea because I wanted people to know feel alone in whatever situation they found themselves in relation to AI. Then I begun to wonder why didn't I think of a POV of the workers themselves and I think it's because I don't think people care. Kinda got sad writing these notes halfway sigh.

Wait I forgot the young political activists who only qualify in this group because they harass the struggling artists and hobby artists who have tried factory-derivative products using their XYZ reasons as an excuse. Petty privileged bitches, the lot of 'em. Wow, writing that made me feel like an artist myself (〜￣▽￣)〜!

Yesterday I made a minor update to the artsy microblog related to the Stories page. I wanted to try to make all posts show up through collections instead of adding them on the same page. I got that done relatively easy so I also took the chance to edit some things.

I changed some of the links on the navigation and removed the pinned posts except the tags.

There's still work to do such as add the posts. I tried to create a template for all posts but it didn't work.

So I went from making a shitty Markdown and CSV export to a clean CSV export to a clean HTML table to a clean Markdown table... And I got it to work on my microblog??? Holy shit??? And it's mobile responsive??? Yeah I guess it works??? Yeah it's definitely faster to update than if it were on my website. Not only update the HTML which I can only use a converter for (the link I shared before).

I'll keep it for a few days and see how I feel about it. I'm so... flabbergasted by this. Sharing the CSV to Markdown converter I used.

Honestly I might stick with HTML because I don't really play games that often. It's just that updating the HTML file would be kind of a pain. I'm gonna log games on the .csv table and convert it to HTML. But this is a good way to just get it out and think about the details later. Man, this was A JOURNEY!

Hooray, I fixed the issue on my desktop feed reader! By which I mean I downloaded another version and linked my FreshRSS account to it.

And because it took me a stupid amount of time to authenticate my account, I'm gonna write down my stupid mistake.

So when RSS asks to choose where to get the feeds from, I chose Google API, then there are three pieces of information I need input: URL (of the instance's API), Username, Password (the API password I set on my account, not the master one). My stupid mistake was that when copying the URL and the password, it also copied some blank spaces at the left so the authentication didn't work. And I think it took me an hour to notice... 🤦🏽

LQG is so Keima-coded. The dubcon and masochist stuff is sooo his thing 😂. This fic is freaky hell. I enjoy how LQG is written, with him being straightforward and honest to a fault. Don't think I've enjoyed a fic with dubcon and masochism this much in a while. I think it helps that LQG is proud and emotionally constipated so it reads like his masochistic and noncon tendencies as tabboo and that makes it so fun to read 👀.

I seriously think I need to update Keima's character profile. He's such a HUGE of fan of Eiden and Yakumo's dynamic from Nu:Carnival. And femboys in general. Dang.

Keima is such a weird character to describe in terms of sexual preferences because he has such a huge issue with the nebulous concept of wahmahn that the lenses he uses to view the world is so narrow that he ends up viewing everything through this males-only lenses which inevitably includes attraction but he's... he doesn't really experience sexual attraction. He likes fictional femboys because they remind him of his partner and it gives him ideas to get freaky in bed (oh my god that was a sentence I wrote (⁄⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄⁄)—seriously need to write more porn what is wrong with me). So yeah to irl femboys he probably gets icked out because of the whole internalized homophobia thing. He's also just... not attracted to people in like a physical way??? Like he is to... more brawny bodies??? Like, he wouldn't compliment someone's way of dressing/physical quality unless it was like—wait I'm phrasing this inaccurately. It's more like what catches his eye out in the street is more like, coolness. Masculine stuff. Not really related to someone's gender.

What was I talking about again???? Yeah I think his attachment to this particular fictional gay pairing threw me for a loop a bit. He's very much in the aroace spectrum and enjoys anything that reminds him of his partner (mostly femboys). Guess that's why he calls himself Kiyosexual haha. Even if that's not accurate either.
